We are looking to appoint Interns in 3 different roles.

​

Operations Intern

​

Specifically focused on assisting the Operations Team in maintaining a clean, sustainably focused and creative working environment.

​

Work for a certified B Corp and help to make our office environment the most inclusive, fair and sustainable place to work! You'll be involved in the following tasks: 

​

• Assist the Operations Team in ordering items needed for the office. 

• Maintain a clean working environment and inviting reception area. 

• Assist the Operations Team with various administrative tasks.

• Assist the Operations Team in liaising with local plumbers, roofers and any other contractors as needed. 

• Assist the Operations Team in moving office processes towards more sustainable and ethical practices.

 

Essential experience, qualifications or skills

• A desire to learn more about how an office runs, specifically in the lens of a certified B Corp.

• Experience using Google Docs, Sheets and Slides (other applicable software packages will also be considered).

 

Desirable experience, qualifications or skills

• Experience engaging with external suppliers in a professional manner.

 

Farm Intern

​

As Farm Intern at LettUs Grow, you will be a crucial member of our Research and Development team, specifically focused on assisting with day to day farm tasks at our R&D aeroponic farm in Bristol. Learn how to work on a vertical farm and het involved with the following: 

• Harvesting crops

• Sowing seeds,

• Cleaning the facilities

• Assisting with farm tours.

 

Please note this role would involve working with nutrient solutions and using sharp objects. There is a possibility of permanent employment in this role following the internship, this will be discussed at the Interview stage. 

​

Essential experience, qualifications or skills

• No experience or specific qualifications necessary, we will train you

• Ability to be on site (Unit 4, Avon Valley Business Park, Bristol BS4 4EU) most days is essential

​

Desirable experience, qualifications or skills

• Understanding of how plants grow.

• An interest in food and farming.

 

Maintenance Intern

As Maintenance Intern at LettUs Grow, you will be a crucial member of our Product Team, specifically focused on assisting in the maintenance of our aeroponic farming equipment.

 

Learn how to build indoor vertical farms:

Assist the Product Development Team in the building of our multiple product lines. This includes our Aeroponic Rolling Benches and DROP & GROW container farms.

 

This Internship will include the use of power tools and you will be trained on how to use them safely.  

 

Essential experience, qualifications or skills

• Experience working in a hands-on environment 

• On site attendance will be important at Unit 4, Avon Valley Business Park, Bristol BS4 4EU
