Our fully funded training and workshops are designed to provide practical, targeted support to develop skills and knowledge that can be quickly actioned within your business to support your clean growth goals. This includes access to a range of skills development, training and CPD opportunities.


Below are details of our upcoming workshops (running until March 2023). As this programme develops, our support will continue to adapt informed by discussions with businesses and driven by the needs of businesses on the programme. 

What Workshops are Available?

When: From Spring & Summer 2022

An introductory offer for employees wanting to develop knowledge, capacity, and capability around sustainable business practices across the organisation.


When: From Autumn 2022

Aimed at delving deeper into topics to help develop knowledge, capacity, and capability around sustainable business practices across the organisation. Topics include:

  • Carbon Measurement​ & Reduction

  • Sustainable Travel

  • Comms & Sustainability Marketing

  • Waste Management

  • Supply Chain Greening & Procurement

Clean Growth 101 - Supporting colleagues across your organisation understand the language, concepts and challenges around sustainability.

When: From Autumn 2022 / Early 2023

Our offer focused on supporting carbon intensive businesses in the region. We are continuing to develop topics based on needs identified by businesses registering for the programme.

How Do I Book a Workshop?

To access our workshops, you must be registered on the Workforce for the Future programme, which is open to SMEs that have a business presence in the West of England (Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset).


If you are new to the programme, please register your details and one of the team will be in touch with you. If you are already registered, you can book using our workshop registration form.


Workforce for the Future is being delivered on behalf of the West of England Combined Authority (WECA)

and is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF).


Alongside Skills for Clean Growth, SMEs can access other support from expert partners.
